Late Arrivals
In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we kindly ask you to arrive on time for your appointment.Clients arriving late for 15 minutes or more might be imposed to the following amendments to their appointments:
shorten the service (E.g. if your booked manicure + design/nail art, we will only accommodate manicure with one tone color application instead);
cancel the booking (E.g. if you are very late for your appointment and we can no longer perform the service without it affecting our next scheduled client, your booking will be cancelled and “Cancellation Fees” will apply accordingly).
Booking modifications/ Cancellations/No-Shows
When you book an appointment, you are reserving our time. We understand that life sometimes gets in the way. So If you need to amend your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedulings at least 4 HOURS PRIOR to the service. Cancellations that break this rule will be subject to “Cancellation Fees” which is 50% of the total booking value.
In the event of missing your appointment without any notification, your booking will be considered as “NO SHOW” and you will be imposed with a fee worth 100% of the missed service. The salon has the right to refuse the services for clients who missed two or more appointments.
Right to refuse service
Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. As well as if the client is always late, multiple cancellations and/or no shows.
Service guarantees and Warranty period
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or immediately upon completion of your service at the check out. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side, we will offer to rectify it free of charge at the same time (subject to availability) or within a warranty period. In the event that the service is performed up to our standards, but does not meet your personal preferences or expectations, the rectifications will be chargeable.We have in place 7 days warranty period which is applicable only to full nail services such as Manicure/Pedicure with Gel Polish and New Set/Refill of Nail Extensions. After the expiry of the mentioned warranty period, any repairs required will be chargeable.
Etiquette
PRO Nails Beauty Studio is a LADIES ONLY salon, hence if you are accompanied by a male adult, he will be advised to wait for you outside of the salon’s premises;
We request that our customers keep noise to a reasonable level. If you have a call to attend, a movie to watch or a music to listen, we are requesting you to wear your headphones to avoid any disturbance to other clients;
As we are concerned with your and your children’s safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon. In emergency situations, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker.
Valuables
The management and the staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money or any valuables misplaced in the premises of PRO Nails Beauty Studio.
